An after school programme of brass lessons and activity at The Mayflower School in Billericay on Tuesdays

Who is this for?

• Our focus is on group music-making – instrumental learning and musicianship is strengthened through learning with others.
• Regular sessions take place on Tuesdays after school at The Mayflower School during term time, and our Centre is open to students from across the Mid Essex areas, and further afield.
• It is ideal for any primary aged students looking to join The Mayflower School for their secondary school, to become familiar with the school and site through music learning.
• We welcome students from between Years 4 to 8.

What is on offer?

• Perfect for those students who have had our brass Play-It! provision in school, or those looking to start learning the trumpet.
• In small groups our experienced tutor takes students through the basics of the instrument and musicianship.
