Curriculum Enhancement workshops

Enhancing existing music curriculum and offer cross-curricular opportunities by bringing students together through music
We offer an exciting variety of one-day workshops for engaging pupils in both vocal and instrumental music-making. As well as being thoroughly enjoyable they can enhance existing music curriculum and offer cross-curricular opportunities.
Our provision includes:
Sing-It!
- Tailored for beginners or more able singers, we provide an inspiring day-long workshop, culminating in a short concert to parents and carers.

Drum-It!
- A day’s workshop with one of our specialist tutors, including the instruments.
- You can choose from either, West African Djembe, Indian Dhol and Dholak or Samba drums.
- We can also offer Aboriginal Didgeridoos! Please note that the maximum group size for Indian Drumming and Didgeridoos is 16 students.
- Samba and Indian Drumming is more suited to Year 3 and above.

Create-It!
- A workshop that results in an original song being written for your whole school, by your students!
- By the end of the day your school will have a recording of its own unique song that you can use on your website and at events.

DJ Workshops
- Tailored to your school’s needs, our tutors introduce and support students to the world of DJ and music production

Rap-It!
- Tailored to your school’s need, Rap-It! introduces students to the world of rap, hip-hop, grime and spoken word.
- These sessions are a perfect way to develop confidence in students, enhance and link to music and other curricula, especially English and literacy.

Cost
£230 per day
