School Music Education Plans
Come and join us at the harris Chafford Hundred Teaching Hub for a day focused on writing a Music Education Plan for your school. There will be time during the day to hear from colleagues and share strong practise from schools across Essex.
During the day we will use a template to support you to write a plan for your school and will explore:
- What is currently happening in school?
- What do you hope for you pupils?
- What are the next steps for the development of music in school?
Before the session we will provide the template for the day and some key questions to think about, but there is no expectation to have written your plan before the session. By the end of the session you should have a draft of your plan.
This session will be for Music leaders and senior leaders in school to support the writing of a School Music Development Plan. Time will be given during the day to draft a plan with support from primary and secondary music education specialists.
